Abstract

Low back pain (LBP) is a common reason for office visits to primary care physicians. Two thirds of individuals develop back pain at least once in their lifetime. This study will give a hint about the anatomy of the back, the physiology of pain transmission and how to diagnose the low back pain.This essay will discuss the new trends used in management of chronic non surgical low back pain.
