This study in agreement with previously published series, showed that optimized biventricular pacing improves ICG data, clinical parameters and echocardiographic parameters in patients with CRT. The new data and consistent with our hypothesis suggest that VVD can be optimized with ICG which showed comparable results with echocardiography. ICG-Optimized VVD showed better improvement than LV only pacing after one month follow up
