Abstract

In the present study, vag. Ultrasound was done for 150 women after surgical evacuation of the atoms for inevitable incomplete and missed types of abortion for the assessment of the uterine cavity, endometrial thickness, volume of contents if present. Out of the 150 studied cases, 15 cases (10%) was found to have incomplete evacuation and it was concluded that there were light possibilities of incomplete evacuation with the increase in the pregnancy duration and in cases of Missed Abortion. So, Vaginal ultrasound should be done to all cases under went surgical lavation.
