Tongue base collapse is challenging problem in the obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) from a surgical point of view. This work is a trial to study the different methods of diagnosis and assessment of the site of collapse in cases of snoring and obstructive sleep apnea. Modified techniques of tongue base suspension and Midline Laser Glossectomy were applied conclusively in this work to evaluate the feasibility of these techniques in management of snoring and OSA.
