We conducted this study on 60 mild preeclamptic women for caesarian delivery under spinal anaesthesia .all vital data were done before conduct of spinal anaesthesia . full monitoring of mother and fetus .comparative study of effect of ephedrine and phenylephrine was done on mother and fetus . on fetus by evaluating of APGAR socore and neonatal ph .we found no difference between two drugs on neonatal outcome
