Primary open Angle glaucoma is the most prevalent of all glaucomas. Much of modern glaucoma treatment consists of putting drops in the eye that lower intra ocular pressure and slow or arrest visual field loss. The next step in glaucoma treatment is surgery if maximum tolerated medical therapy fails. Classical fistluizing operation contribute many complications as, refractive change, hypotony, failure of bleb. By viscocanalostomy we are able to restore the normal physiology of the eye so that the aqueous flows from the anterior chamber into schlemm’s canal.
