Abstract

Acute diastolic dysfunction is present thoracoabdominal aortic aneuzysm surgery. In TAAA repair there is a significant increase in the after load upon application of the aortic cross clamp. Diastolic dysfunction seen was either mild or impaired relaxation pattern in response to aortic cross clamping.
