Abstract

This study involves proliferation and apoptosis activities of blast cells in various types of ALL in children. The role of this study is to clarify the role of FAS (CD59) antigen expression on CD34 leukemic cells in the pathogenesis of acute leukemia and to correlate the co-expression of both antigens with KI 67 antigen as an index of proliferative activity
