Abstract

Chromohysteroscopy improves the efficacy of hysteroscopy in targeting endometrial biopsy. Chromohysteroscopy led to the diagnosis of 3 more cases of endometritis & 2 more cases of focal endometrial hyperplasia, compared to the standard blind fractional curettage. The difference in histopathology results between fractional curettage and chromohysteroscopy was statistically significant.
