Abstract

Postpartum hemorrhage is loss of 500 ml or more of blood after 3rd stage. Stages of labor are divided into 3 stages. Active management include administration of uterotonic agents uterine atony is the most common cause misoprostol is PGE1 analog ulcer. The study includes 50 patients divided into two groups with no significant statistical difference.
