Breast cancer is the most common malignancy in women. There is challenge in management of pregnancy associated breast cancer in the different pregnancy trimesters, including the difficult diagnosis and the impact of different treatment modalities on the fetus and mother, there is also impact of breast cancer treatment on further fertility. There should be a proper timing for conception following the end of treatment of breast cancer to avoid delayed teratogenic effects of treatment modalities
