Abstract

This study depend an assessment of regional left ventricular systolic and diastolic function in patients with chest pain by using tissue Doppler imaging. In our study, we find significant difference between regional systolic and diastolic function by T.D.I. of all segments of L.V when compared with corresponding segments in healthy group. Also, significant difference was found between ischemic segments supplied by left anterior descending and corresponding segment in healthy group. There was no correlation between percent stenosis of artery and different indices of TDI.
