Abstract

Seminal plasma HO-1 enzyme activity in fertile cases washigher than oligozoospermic and in NOA cases. Seminal plasma HO-1 activity showed significant correlation with sperm count, sperm motility ml and testicular tissue HO-1 enzyme activity. /percent, motile sperm Nonsignificant relation was demonstrated with varicocele, testicular histopathology or TESE results.
