Abstract

There is now a great evolution in performing epiduralinjections due to better understanding of the anatomy,improved techniques, better design of epidural sets and highlyadvanced imaging technique. Understanding of the anatomy ofthe vertebral column including; Anatomy of vertebrae,ligaments, meninges, Blood supply of vertebral cord andunderstanding the anatomy of the epidural space itself anddermatomal supply of the body had made the practice ofcervical epidural injection easier, safer, more successful andeffective.
