Congenital anomalies of the lungs are not uncommon. They are responsible for many deaths among children, however most -if not all- of these cases can be suspected by good clinical examination. Early detection of these cases can alter their prognosis dramatically. In this study, we aim to clarify different clinical presentations of developmental anomalies of the respiratory tract. It included 37 patients with congenital anomalies of the respiratory system, of which 21 were males (56.7%) & 16 females (43.2%).
