Abstract

Head trauma represents a significant public health problem. Various mechanisms may cause head trauma, most common causes include motor vehicle accidents, falls, assaults, sports, related injuries and penetrating trauma (Rosenberg, 1998). Significance of head trauma comes from the fact that it commonly affects the younger productive issue population. Which highlight the outcome of head trauma (Marchall, 1996).One method of classifying head injuries defines 3 categories on the Glascow coma scale (GCS) where severe injury indicated by a GCS from (3 to 8). moderate head injury from (9 To 12). Minor head injury from (13 to 15) (Jennett, 1997).
