Abstract

This study aimed at assessing HRQOL using LDQOL 1.0 Questionnaire in liver transplant ambulant recipients both cadaveric and living donor at least 6 months post liver transplantation in comparison with non transplant population. The study included two groups: the first group included 103 liver transplant recipients whether living donor or cadaveric. The second group included 50 patients with end stage liver disease who were candidates for liver transplantation. Results revealed that quality of life was better in the cadaveric and LDLT groups than in the ESLD group. Comparing the Cadaveric group with the LDLT group revealed that the Cadaveric group had better results.
