New generation multislice CT technology has changed the approach tonon-invasive assessment of congenital heart disease.In this study, Fourty patients with the diagnosis of tetralogy of Fallot,underwent cardiac CT angiography with 64-slice CT (CTA). Two- andthree dimensional images were used for diagnosis in all cases by meansof MPR (coronal, sagittal and oblique), cMPR, MIP and VRT. Multi-sliceCT (MSCT) was used to explore its effectiveness in diagnosis oftetralogy of Fallot and the associated anomalies especially the coronaryartery anomalies and the peripheral pulmonary arteries.
