Inclusion criteria include subfertile women for more than one year ; unilateral or bilateral endometrioma above 2 cm. Exclusion crieteria include patients with previous surgery for ttt of endometrioma, patients with unilateral ovary and patients contraindicated for laparoscopic surgery. Result: None of the excised specimens contained ovarian tissue. Conclusion: the stripping technique used in laparoscopic management of endometriomas showed no ovarian tissue was detected in the excised speccimens from the ovaries. The stripping technique used in laparoscopic management of endometriomas showed no affection of the ovarian tissue or ovarian reserve. The technique showed increased rates of post-operative pregnancy. No significant complications were met in this technique.
