Anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction (ACL) is frequently performed but technically demanding surgical procedure, failure rates have been increased. There is general agreement that correct anatomical tunnel positioning is fundamental to successful anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction and long term stability.To help improve anatomical reconstruction, computer assisted navigation is recommended.
