Abstract

COPD is one of the most common diseases underlying chest disease that have been increasing evidence in recent years of high prevalence of COPD. This study will deal with two types of inhaled therapy not only evaluating the patient but also evaluating the medication used.Fourty patients were chosen from attendance of out patient clinic of Kasr El-Ainy Hospital and Police Hospital; all patients were subjected to different investigations before starting therapy and four weeks after
