Abstract
The study was done on thirty patients, with ages ranging from two months to 18 months, suffering from hypernatraemic diarrheal dehydration of variable degrees. Computerized Tomography was done for all the patients. Abnormal Computerized Tomography findings were observed in twenty seven percent (27%) of the patients. As well as the detection of a significant relationship between the presence of abnormal radoiological findings and the degree of elevation of the serum sodium level.
