Abstract

Gorham Stout Syndrome, is a progressive disappearance of bone associated with haemangiomatosis or multiple lymphangiectasis. The disease affects, single bone or contigous ones with out sexual or racial predelection. No definite treatment had been discovered but spontanous arrest may occure. Anaesthetic management must be considered for difficult intubation and cervicale fixation. Post operative ICU admission usually needed.
