Abstract

Breast carcinoma is the commonest cancer in females through out the world. In Egypt it consist 27% of all female cancers conservative treatment of breast cancer in now an accepted ovcological procedure. P35 gene is a guardian of the general. Evaluation to the role of P53 showed it’s significance in early breast cancer and its role in the control of decision of surgery and follow-up treatment, together with ER & PR receptors.
