Abstract

Hypospadias cripple results from deficient local skin withexcessive scarring, fistulae and sinuses following failed previousoperations. In this study the management of hypospadias crippledepends on availability of healthy surrounding tissues. In cases with excessive scarring or if there is no available healthy surrounding skin flaps; free skin" , buccal mucosal or bladder mucosal grafts were used.
