Thesis was concerned with comparison between two types of orthotopic diversion: U-shaped neobladder (Camey II) & spherical shaped neobladder (W-shaped) ; including the functional outcome and urodynamic properties. Material & Methods: 20 patients who had cystoprostatectomy and orthotopic diversion were selected randomly from the out patient clinic of urology Kasr Elainy 12 patients had (W-Shaped) and 8 patients had (Camey II) items of evaluation included symptoms of continence and frequency of micturition, radiological, and urodynamic assessment. Conclusion: significant differences were found included daytime frequency, enterocystometric capacity volume at which 1st contraction occurs and voiding time.
