Our study was done on 90 pregnant women in the third trimester 30 having preeclampisa – 30 gestational hypertension 30 control.4 cm venous blood collected and anaylazed by ELISA. We resulted that preeclampisa –gestational hypertension patients have higher level than control also cases associated with IUGR have higher level than cases without IUGR and cases with abnormal Doppler.
