Fifty-one patients were examined by TRUS. 38 cases were normal seminal vesicles, 10 cases had history of bilharziasis, 1 case had absent right seminal vesicle, 1 case had bilateral absent vas, absent right seminal vesicle and atrophic left seminal vesicle and 1 case had adenocarcinoma of left seminal vesicle. We concluded that the size of the seminal vesicles in patients with history of bilharziasis seems to be larger than the size of the normal seminal vesicles with statistical significance.
