Testicular arterial perfusion was evaluated as a cause for male infertility by comparing fertile controls with cases of infertility due to different etiologies, using duplex (136 cases) and scintigraphy (26 cases). Blood flow velocity as detected by duplex was highest in cases with obstructive azoospermia, followed by control cases, then oligospermic cases. It was least in cases with functional azoospermia. Scintigraphy results were not statistically significant.
