Abstract

Breast carcinoma is a worldwide problem. It is the most common type of cancer among Egyptian females accounting for about 27.3% of all female malignancies at Pathology Department in National Cancer Institute, Cairo University. Breast carcinoma is a very heterogenous disease clinically and pathologically. It is impossible to foretell the duration of life of all patients with carcinoma of breast because degree of malignancy varies widely and persons react differently to the disease.
