Tuberculosis a world wide disease that causes high morbidity and mortality.Methods for diagnosis include traditional methods as direct smear microscopy and culture, recent methods include PCR and Elispot test.Objective: to evaluate methods used for diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis and how much each method share in diagnosis.
