Our Study Was designed to prospectively evaluate and compare the diagnostic andTherapeutic benefit of transcervical cannulation under laparoscopic guidance and byUsing tactile technique alone , in management of proximal tubal blockage comparedwith the current (gold standard) technique for evaluation of tubal patencyLaparoscopy and dye perturbation .Catheterization using the tactile technique, as an office procedure , is safe, simpleAnd effective procedure.
