Infected non-union tibia is one of the most challenging problems in orthopedic world. Twenty-eight cases of infected non-union tibia were included in the study. The age of the patients ranged from 21 year, to 71 year. The patients were examined radiologically for; site of non-union, infection, shape of non-union and deformities. The hybrid Ilizarov construct was used in all cases. Three techniques were used acute compression, acute compression and lengthening, and bone transport followed by compression. Healing of the non-union site and eradication of infection was achieved in 27 cases (97%). The treatment time ranged from 3 month to 20 month with a mean of 7.1 month. The duration of follow up ranged from 6 months to 36 months, with a mean of 14.5 month.
