Introduction:Breast cancer is the second leading cause of deaths in women today (after lung) and it is the most common cancer among women worldwide (23% of all new cancer cases)Types of reconstruction include Grisotti flap is used for retroareolar lump, round block technique can be used for any breast lump other than retroareolar masses, latissimus dorsi myocutanous flap, pedicled TRAM flap, autologus abdominal free flap, DIEP (deep inferior epigastric perforator) flap, In some cases post operative nipple reconstruction may be used and working on the contralateral breast in the form of contra lateral reduction mamoplasty to regain the symmetry of both breasts.This is a prospective study review the various breast reconstructive procedures performed after conservative surgery for breast cancer pointing to their indications, contraindications, advantages and disadvantages, present 10 cases of breast reconstruction after conservative breast surgery for breast cancer, Discussion of the results in comparison with the current literature.Results Reconstruction of the breast after conservative surgery for Breast Cancer is the future of breast surgery as it excise the tumor and keep the symbol of feminity to minimize the psychic trauma post surgery. Complications met during the study were:1-One case complained of superficial necrosis of part of the flap and was treated conservatively without surgical intervention.2-One case complained of loss of sensations in the nipple reconstructed by double v-u incision
