Femur neck fracture is a rare injury in children. 85% of these fractures were due to a major trauma. The treatmentrecommendations are anatomical reduction and fixation withcannulated screws for types 1, 2 and 3 fracture patterns. For management of type 4 intertrochanteric fractures the use of asliding scre'nv and sicle plate. The common complications whichoccur are avascular necrosis of the head and neck of the femur, premature physis closure, coxa vara and ocasionally nonunion
