We are focusing in our study on early breast cancer occurring in young premenopausal female who are still in the child bearing period and fertility represent major concern for them.The aim of the study is to determine hormonal changes in pre-menopausal breast cancer patients after receiving different chemotherapy regimens which help to predict the occurrence of subsequent amenorrhea and menopause in this group of patients.This study was done at Kasr El-Aini center of clinical oncology. we collected all premenopausal women with pathologically confirmed breast cancer that presented to our department during 6 months from June 2012 to November 2012.
