Abstract
The aim of this work is to determine the influence of peroperative adenosine infusion on the anesthetic requirements for sevoflurane and isoflurane and its effect on postoperative pain and sedation state and requirements for post-operative analgesics on 150 patients, ASA I and II undergoing surgical operations.Our studies showed marked decrease in MAC and MAC - awake while there was no change in postoperative analgesia.
