Abstract

Electrical Injury is a potentially devastating form of multisystem injurywith high morbidity and mortality. Electrical injury should be viewed andmanaged as a multisystem injury, and there is virtually no organ that isprotected against it. The resuscitation better done in intensive care unitafter proper and careful investigations with special regards to cardiac andrespiratory support. Electrical burn management follows the general rolesof thermal burn management with its new reconstructive modalities
