Gynecomastia is the benign enlargement of the male breast. Gynecomastia can lead to feelings of shame and embarrassment. There are many surgical options for the treatment of Gynecomastia. In this study, the literature concerning the different surgical techniques of Gynecomastia was reviewed. A new technique "The Ellipse Technique" was presented in details. This technique is suitable for patients with excessive breast tissue and marked ptosis. Ten patients were operated upon using the Ellipse technique.
