The present study was a retrospective meta-analysis study in which data of MS patients were collected from different private clinics at Cairo, Assuit, Alexandria, Mansoura, Tanta and Zagazig.648 patients were included in the study they were 398 females and 250 males who were diagnosed as MS patients with definite MS. The total prevalence was 1.41% among other neurological patients.I. Clinical results showed that:1. Females show younger age than males.2. Patients with secondary progressive MS had significantly a greater disease disability then other types (RRMS and PPMS). Also they older.3. The more the duration of illness the more significantly the grade of disability secondary to the disease.4. The most frequent clinical presentation was motor weekness.5. Patients with visual symptoms were younger than other patients in relation to age of onset of MS.II. MRI Findings:The most frequent site of MS plaques was PVWM and the least was spinal cord.
