Abstract

This study evaluated the use of color Doppler ultrasound imaging as non invasive predictive marker for controlled sperm retrieval (TESE). 61 cases were studied, non obstructive azoospermia (NOA) classified into (4)Groups without varicocele (n=20) with varicocele (n=18), fertile men with varicocele(n=13) and without varicocele (n=10). Serum hormone (FSH, LH, PRL and TEST) scrotalDuplex were done dividing testes into (6) area for NOA cases testicular biopsy wereDone the most retrievable site were area 4,5,6, NOA cases without varicocele giveTESE+ VE result 75% compared to those with varicocele 27.7%.
