Abstract

Our aim of the work is to detect asymptomatic coronary artery disease in patients with arteriogenic ED, to elicit the correlation between arteriogenic erectile dysfunction and various cardiovascular risk factors for coronary artery disease and to detect the correlation between the severity of arteriogenic erectile dysfunction and the total coronary atherosclerotic burden in patients with documented coronary artery disease. The study revealed that 6 patients had silent CAD from 31 patients had arteriogenic ED. The Q 5 of IIEF, PSV and minimal dilatation of cavernosal arteries had significant P values in prediction of CAD in patients with arteriogenic ED without CAD symptoms.
