Improving preconception health can result in improved reproductive health outcomes, with potential for reducing societal costs as well. This studyj is a cross-sectional comparative sty involved 200 pregnant women in t third trimester attending the antenatal care (ANC) clinic of two MCH centers in Cairo, Egypt. One of the centers was accredited and the other is not. All health care providers involved in providing ANC services in both centers were assessed as regards their knowledge, satisfaction and performance. The tools used in the study included ANC quality standards checklist and Clients' satisfaction questionnaire.
