Coronary bypass grafting Surgery (CABG) is effective in relieving angina and restoring expectation of life in patients with coronary artery disease CAD (Rogers etal. 1990–Cary etal. 1992). The effective improvement in functional capacity following CABG suggests that a better level of quality of life (QL) and well-being is expected. Patients treated with surgical coronary revascularization have early and late improvement in QL indices, such as - reduction of recurrent angina and usage of anti-anginal medication with the increased physical activity (Rogers etal. 1990).Many factors influence QL following CABG, either medical (functional class or pharmacological therapy) or non-medical (Psychological changes, economical status, educational level, region of residence). Returning to work (RW) shall be recently described as a main indicator of restored life functioning and state of well-being in patients who under went CABG (Oberman etal. 1982, Cain etal. 1991, McGee etal. 1993, Boudaez etal. 1994).
