The aim of this work is to discuss the new advances in the laboratory diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis disease and the new markers (ANA, antiperinuclear antibodies, antikeratin antibodies, anti-Sa antibodies, and anti-RA33,….…etc.). Also to spot light on the anti-CCP as a novel diagnostic and therapeutic monitoring marker of rheumatoid arthritis. As well as to correlate therecent immunotherapeutic ways to the pathogenesis of the disease.
