Abstract

The aim of this study is to compare corneal thickness and anterior chamber depthmeasurements by conventional ultrasound and ultrasound biomicroscopy.Mean central corneal thickness and anterior chamber depth measured by conventionalultrasound and ultrasound biomicroscopy were compared. Correlation between centralcorneal thickness and both age and sex was studied. Also, correlation between anteriorchamber depth and both age and sex was studied. Performance of each technique wasexamined by assessing intraobserver reproducibility of repeated measurements.
