Abnormal pubertal development is a serious problem that elicits parental and medical concern. Our study included 64 cases with different pubertal disorders including: true precocious puberty, pseudo-precocity, delayed puberty, premature thelarche and premature pubarche.We aimed at studying the role of different diagnosing imaging modalities in the diagnosis and follow up of those patients. Imaging work up of our patients included: plain radiography, pelvic and abdominal ultrasonography, scrotal ultrasound and MRI of the brain and sella. CT examination was resorted in some cases.Conclusion: Imaging work up of patients having abnormal puberty should be tailored according to the disorder. MRI of the sella should be performed in all cases with true precocious or delayed puberty.
