In addition to the benefits of endoscopic surgery in general, laparoscopic surgery is less likely than laparotomy to form adhesions.Hysteroscopic examination is properly superior to hysterosalpingography in the evaluation of endometrial cavity. Operative hysteroscopy can treat many intrauterine pathologies that can affect the fertility and has many benefits.
