Abstract

The aim of this study is to outline a frame for early detection and diagnosis of patients with thoracic or thoracoabdominal aneurysms, to describe the traditional surgical techniques and the most common complications. Management of these patients through minimally invasive and endovascular approach offer a simple approach but need expert hands and supplies. To highlight the benefits and advantages of endovascular procedures, Assess the possible complication of endovascular procedures compared to conventional aortic aneurysm repair. A third option of combination of endografting and visceral revascularization “Hybrid procedure” being indicated to prevent ischemia after stent deployment as a result of branches exclusion.
