In the present study, our aim was to compare the prediction of fetal birth weight at term using Chang formula ( thigh volume), Liang formula ( upper-arm volume) by the mean of three-dimensional ultrasound with that of Hadlock formula (AC, FL, BPD) by the mean of two dimensional ultrasound in the Egyptian female population within 48 hours of delivery whenever there is obstetric indication.
